Ultrasonic spraying equipment is a device that combines ultrasonic technology with spraying technology. It can accurately and evenly spray liquid coatings or materials onto the target surface. Ultrasonic spraying equipment atomizes liquid through ultrasonic vibration to form fine droplets, and then deposits the atomized liquid on the target surface through airflow or electric field. Because the droplet size of ultrasonic spraying is small and uniform, it can achieve more accurate coating thickness control and reduce material waste. It is widely used in high-precision fields such as electronics, medicine, and energy.

Working Principle

  • The core part of ultrasonic spraying equipment is ultrasonic atomizer. Through ultrasonic vibration, the coating liquid is broken into tiny particles to form mist droplets. Subsequently, these atomized droplets are evenly deposited on the surface of the target object through compressed gas or electric field. The advantages of ultrasonic spraying are its non-contact, low speed and high precision, which is particularly suitable for spraying of complex shapes and precision equipment.
  • Ultrasonic atomization: The ultrasonic vibrator is used to make the liquid coating vibrate at high frequency and atomize into micron-sized droplets.
  • Deposition process: The atomized liquid is guided to the target surface through airflow or electric field to achieve uniform coating.


Equipment composition

  • Ultrasonic atomizer: The liquid material is atomized by ultrasonic technology, and the vibration frequency is as high as 20kHz or more, ensuring that the liquid is fully dispersed into fine droplets.
  • Spraying system: The airflow or electrostatic system accurately guides the atomized droplets to the target surface to ensure uniform spraying.
  • Paint delivery system: Control the flow of paint to ensure the uniformity of feeding during the spraying process.
  • Control system: Adjust parameters such as ultrasonic vibration frequency, liquid flow, and airflow intensity to meet different spraying needs.
