            A photobioreactor is a bioreactor specifically designed to cultivate photosynthetic organisms (such as algae, bacteria or plant cells) using light. This device combines a traditional bioreactor with a light source to provide conditions suitable for photosynthesis for various research, development and production purposes.


● Provide a touch screen and PLC control system,also can be the indicators testing record function;
● External or internal LED light source controlled lighting time light intensity, change the light color;
● Cooperate with cleaning device, through the pump drive cleaning ball to the glass wall and tube;
● Optional constant temperature system,configuration refrigeration equipment, hot and cold temperature range 20-40 ℃ can be set up;
● Equipped with low shear force algae water pump, is not easy to damage the algae;
● With frequency conversion control system,the flow can be adjusted;
● Have good reliable leak prevention and removable structure;
● Can according to customer's different farming algae bioreactor design different tube light structure.

Main components of a photobioreactor:

4. Stirring and circulation system: Ensures uniform distribution of nutrients and light through stirring or circulating flow.
5. Temperature control: Some photobioreactors are equipped with temperature control systems to maintain a suitable growth environment.

Application areas:
1. Algae cultivation: Production of biofuels, food additives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.
2. Water treatment: Use algae or other photosynthetic microorganisms to purify pollutants in wastewater.
3. Biofuel production: Use algae photosynthesis for oil synthesis for biodiesel production.

4. Environmental remediation: Removing carbon dioxide or other harmful substances from the atmosphere through photosynthesis.
