The ethylene/olefin copolymerization test device is a fixed bed reactor device specially used for catalyst activity evaluation and screening. The device can simulate gas phase, liquid phase or gas-liquid-solid reaction environment, and is mainly used for process research and catalyst performance testing of ethylene and α-olefin (such as hexene, etc.) copolymerization reaction. The equipment adopts a PLC automatic control system to achieve precise control of temperature, gas phase flow, liquid phase flow and pressure, and supports programmed heating, insulation and other experimental modes, providing researchers with an efficient, stable and reliable test platform.


Working principle

Reactor structure
The ethylene/olefin copolymerization test device adopts a fixed bed reactor structure to fix the pre-loaded catalyst in the reactor. The sample can be added with gas, liquid or a mixture of the two in the equipment at the same time to meet the gas-solid, liquid-solid and gas-liquid-solid reaction conditions.

Temperature and flow control
The built-in PLC control system can realize program control of temperature (using linear heating mode), and the user can set the heating time, insulation time and cooling mode. At the same time, the high-precision gas-liquid flowmeter ensures that the feed amount is accurately controlled and the reaction conditions are uniform.

Online detection and data processing
The test device can be used with analytical instruments such as online gas chromatography (GC) to perform phased detection of reaction products at different pressures and temperatures, realize real-time monitoring and automatic data processing, and help researchers quickly obtain experimental results and optimize reaction parameters.
