The four-station ultrasonic cleaning machine is an efficient integrated cleaning equipment that combines the four steps of ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, spraying and drying. It is suitable for applications with extremely high cleanliness requirements and quick drying, and can handle complex precision parts, electronic components, medical devices, etc. The four-station design of this equipment not only improves the cleaning effect, but also ensures that there is no residual liquid or stains on the surface of the object.


1. Working principle

  • Ultrasonic cleaning tank: The first station uses the ultrasonic cavitation effect to generate tiny bubbles in the liquid through high-frequency vibration. When the bubbles burst, they release a strong impact force to remove oil, dust and other dirt on the surface of the object.
  • Rinse tank: The second station is used for rinsing, and pure water or deionized water is often used to further remove residual cleaning liquid to ensure that there are no contaminants on the surface of the object.
  • Spray tank: The third station rinses the object through a high-pressure spray system, and uses a strong water flow to further remove the residues that have not been cleaned on the surface of the object, and removes the tiny particles left during the rinsing process.
  • Drying tank: The fourth station uses hot air or infrared heating to quickly dry the objects to ensure that there is no residual moisture or water stains on the objects after cleaning.
2. Equipment composition
  • Cleaning tank: Ultrasonic cleaning equipment, equipped with ultrasonic transducers and heating systems to ensure that the temperature of the cleaning liquid and the ultrasonic frequency can adapt to the cleaning needs of different types of objects.
  • Rinsing tank: Use pure water or deionized water, equipped with a water circulation system to ensure the cleanliness of the rinsing water, which helps to completely remove the residual cleaning liquid.
  • Spray tank: Use high-pressure nozzles to rinse the objects, and the water flow pressure can be adjusted to ensure the cleanliness of the objects in the details.
  • Drying tank: Use hot air circulation or infrared heating technology to quickly evaporate water and prevent water stains from remaining, which is particularly suitable for the drying of precision parts.
  • Control system: Used to adjust the operating parameters of each station, including cleaning time, ultrasonic frequency, spray pressure, rinsing and drying temperature, etc.

3. Four-station cleaning process

  • Cleaning stage: The object is first placed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank to remove dirt and grease on the surface through cavitation effect. The ultrasonic frequency and cleaning time can be adjusted according to the type of object.
  • Rinsing stage: The cleaned object is moved to the rinsing tank, and pure water or deionized water is used to further remove the residual cleaning liquid to avoid residual chemicals on the surface.
  • Spraying stage: The object is sprayed with high-pressure water to wash away any residual dirt or particles in the rinsing water to ensure that there is no residue on the surface of the object.
  • Drying stage: The object is moved to the drying tank and quickly dried by hot air or infrared heating to ensure that there is no moisture residue on the surface of the object and achieve a clean and dry state.
4. Application areas
  • Electronic industry: Suitable for cleaning and drying complex electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), etc., to ensure that there is no residual liquid in the components after cleaning to avoid affecting electrical performance.
  • Medical industry: Used for cleaning and drying medical devices to ensure sterile cleaning, especially for the treatment of surgical instruments and high-precision medical equipment.
  • Auto parts industry: Suitable for cleaning and drying auto engine parts, brake system components, etc., requiring products with high cleanliness and no water stains.
