Ultrasonic cleaning machine is a device that uses the cavitation effect generated by ultrasonic vibration to clean the surface and interior of an object. It can quickly remove impurities such as dirt, grease, oxides, etc. in the cleaning liquid through high-frequency ultrasonic vibration, thereby achieving a deep cleaning effect. This cleaning method is particularly suitable for cleaning objects with complex shapes and uneven surfaces, such as precision instruments, optical components, medical equipment, electronic products, etc.

Working principle

The core principle of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is to convert high-frequency electrical energy into ultrasonic energy through a transducer. When ultrasonic waves propagate in the cleaning liquid, dense pressure waves are generated. The pressure wave forms countless tiny bubbles in the liquid, which expand and burst rapidly under pressure, forming a strong impact force and a tiny jet flow. This process is called the cavitation effect, which can remove dirt from the surface of the object and disperse it in the cleaning liquid, thereby completing the cleaning task.

Equipment composition

  • Ultrasonic transducer: The core component that converts electrical energy into ultrasonic energy. Usually located at the bottom or side of the cleaning tank.
  • Cleaning tank: A container for cleaning liquid and items to be cleaned, usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel.
  • Generator: The power supply part that generates ultrasonic frequency, responsible for providing high-frequency current to the transducer.
  • Heating system (optional): Some ultrasonic cleaning machines are equipped with a heating function, which can increase the temperature of the cleaning liquid and enhance the cleaning effect.

Cleaning process
  • Preparation stage: Pour an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank to ensure that the liquid can completely cover the items to be cleaned.
  • Ultrasonic start: After the equipment is started, the transducer generates ultrasonic waves and propagates in the cleaning liquid, forming a cavitation effect.
  • Cleaning effect: Ultrasonic waves peel off the dirt on the surface of the object through the bursting and impact of bubbles in the liquid, and the cleaning liquid also dissolves and removes the dirt.
  • Rinse and dry: After cleaning, the object can be rinsed with clean water and then dried or dried with hot air.
