The double tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is a device that combines ultrasonic cleaning and drying functions. It provides a more efficient cleaning and processing process through two independent tanks, one for cleaning and the other for drying. It is particularly suitable for precision parts and equipment that need to be dried quickly. This design allows objects to enter the drying step immediately after cleaning, reducing manual operations and improving production efficiency.

Working Principle

  1. Ultrasonic cleaning tank: Using ultrasonic cavitation effect, high-frequency vibration generates tiny bubbles, which quickly burst, generate strong impact force, and peel off dirt and residues on the surface of objects. Suitable for removing pollutants such as grease, dust, oxides, etc. on precision equipment.
  2. Drying tank: Quickly evaporate the moisture on the object through hot air or infrared heating to ensure that the object is quickly dried after cleaning to avoid secondary pollution or water stains on the surface.
Equipment composition
  • Ultrasonic cleaning tank: used for preliminary cleaning of objects, usually equipped with ultrasonic transducers and heating functions to improve the cleaning effect.
  • Drying tank: used for drying treatment, it may be equipped with a hot air circulation system or infrared heater inside to quickly evaporate the moisture on the surface of the object.
  • Control system: used to adjust parameters such as cleaning time, ultrasonic frequency, temperature, etc., and can also control the temperature and time of drying.
  • Filtration system (optional): The cleaning tank may be equipped with a filter to remove impurities in the cleaning liquid and maintain the cleanliness of the liquid.
Cleaning + drying process
  • Cleaning stage: The object to be cleaned is first placed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, and the dirt on the surface of the object is removed by cavitation effect. The cleaning time and ultrasonic frequency can be adjusted according to the type of items being cleaned. The cleaning solution is usually a water-based solution or with the addition of a specific chemical cleaning agent.
  • Rinse (optional): Some double tank cleaning machines can also be equipped with a rinse tank so that the items can be rinsed with pure water or deionized water after cleaning to remove residual cleaning solution and dirt.
  • Drying stage: After the items are cleaned, they are automatically or manually moved to the drying tank and quickly dried by hot air or infrared to ensure that there is no residual moisture on the surface.
