The three-station ultrasonic cleaning machine is a multi-station ultrasonic cleaning equipment that integrates cleaning, rinsing and drying functions. The equipment is designed with three independent stations or tanks, which are used for ultrasonic cleaning, pure water or deionized water rinsing and drying of objects. Working principle

1. Ultrasonic cleaning tank: The first station uses the ultrasonic cavitation effect to generate countless tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid through high-frequency vibration. These bubbles generate impact force when they burst, removing dirt and grease on the surface of the object.
2. Rinsing tank: The second station is used for rinsing, and pure water or deionized water is often used to further remove residual cleaning liquid or pollutants to ensure that there are no chemical residues on the surface of the object.

Three-station cleaning process

• Cleaning stage: The object is first placed in the ultrasonic cleaning tank to remove surface dirt through cavitation effect. The cleaning time, temperature and ultrasonic frequency can be adjusted according to the cleaning needs of different objects.
• Rinsing stage: The cleaned object is moved to the rinsing tank and rinsed thoroughly with pure water or deionized water to remove the residue of the cleaning liquid and ensure that the surface is clean and pollution-free.
• Drying stage: The rinsed object is moved to the drying tank and hot air or infrared heating technology is used to quickly dry the moisture on the surface of the object to ensure that there are no water stains or marks on the object after cleaning.
