High-pressure nano-homogenizer is an efficient homogenizing device used to refine particles in liquid to the nanometer level. It mainly disperses, emulsifies and refines particles in materials through ultra-high pressure to achieve uniform distribution at the nanometer level. This equipment has a wide range of applications in biopharmaceuticals, food processing, nanomaterial manufacturing and other fields, especially for scenarios that require high-precision dispersion and nanoparticle production.


Working Principle
The working principle of high-pressure nano homogenizer is similar to that of traditional high-pressure homogenizer, but its processing pressure is higher, usually in the range of 1000 bar to 3000 bar or even higher. Its core principle is to pressurize the material through a high-pressure pump, and then pass it through a narrow homogenizing valve port, so that the material undergoes strong shear, impact and cavitation effects in an instant. Due to the nano-level processing requirements, the equipment can refine the particles in the liquid to the nano level (usually below 100 nm) through more precise shear and cavitation effects to form a stable emulsion or suspension.

Equipment composition

  • Ultra-high pressure pump: Provides higher pressure (higher than traditional high-pressure homogenizer) to push the material through the homogenizing valve.
  • Nano-level homogenizing valve: A homogenizing valve designed specifically for nanoparticle processing that can provide more precise shearing and dispersion.
  • Precision cooling system: During the processing process, the material may generate heat due to ultra-high pressure and severe shear force. The cooling system can effectively control the temperature to ensure the stability of the material during the processing process.
  • Automatic control system: High-precision control system can accurately adjust parameters such as pressure, flow and temperature to ensure nano-level homogenization effect.
