It mainly disperses, emulsifies and refines particles in materials through ultra-high pressure to achieve uniform distribution at the nanometer level. This equipment has a wide range of applications in biopharmaceuticals, food processing, nanomaterial manufacturing and other fields, especially for scenarios that require high-precision dispersion and nanoparticle production.
Working Principle
The working principle of high-pressure nano homogenizer is similar to that of traditional high-pressure homogenizer, but its processing pressure is higher, usually in the range of 1000 bar to 3000 bar or even higher. Its core principle is to pressurize the material through a high-pressure pump, and then pass it through a narrow homogenizing valve port, so that the material undergoes strong shear, impact and cavitation effects in an instant. Due to the nano-level processing requirements, the equipment can refine the particles in the liquid to the nano level (usually below 100 nm) through more precise shear and cavitation effects to form a stable emulsion or suspension.
